This Privacy Policy explains what information One Person Business System (the “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Alan Foley, a sole proprietor doing business as One Person Business System, collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to your use of the Service.

Information you provide

  • Account information, such as your name and email address.
  • Workspace and business content you enter, including onboarding answers, audience and offer details, outreach and content plans, proof, and metrics.
  • Support messages and feedback you send us.
  • Prompts and context you submit to AI features.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic usage and device data needed to run the app and keep it secure, such as log data and general activity within your workspace.
  • Essential cookies and similar technologies used to sign you in and keep your session active.

Billing information

When you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive limited billing details such as subscription status and the last four digits of your card, but we do not receive or store full card numbers.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • provide and operate the Service, including showing your next step and saving your progress;
  • generate review-only AI drafts from the context you save;
  • process payments and manage your subscription through Stripe;
  • respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service;
  • keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems;
  • improve the Service and develop new features;
  • meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

AI processing

AI features are review-only and generate drafts from the context you save. AI processing is performed using Hugging Face. To protect your privacy, do not enter sensitive personal, financial, legal, medical, or confidential third-party information into AI prompts.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed for them to perform their work. Our main providers are:

  • Stripe, for payment processing and subscription billing;
  • Supabase, for database hosting and authentication;
  • Hugging Face, for AI processing;
  • our hosting and infrastructure providers, for running and delivering the app.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to sign you in and keep your session active. These are necessary for the Service to work. We do not use them to sell your data.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for as long as we need it to provide the Service and to meet our legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including access controls that scope your data to your own workspace, encryption of data in transit, and handling card payments through Stripe rather than storing card details ourselves. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can review and update your account information at any time from your settings, and you can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.

Where your information is processed

We and our service providers process and store your information in the United States. If you use the Service from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for adults running a business and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

You are responsible for your own compliance with applicable laws, platform policies, and any obligations you have to keep your clients' information confidential when you enter it into the Service.
